Hey everyone, Ryan here at etrailer. Today on our 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're gonna be showing you how to install the Air Lift EZ One Wireless Air Compressor System. But before we do that, let's take a minute, check this out and make sure it's gonna be the right compressor for you. So if your truck has airbags on it, a compressor kit is gonna be a great addition to add. That way you can control the amount of pressure in your bags very easily, you know, more or less on the fly, but without having to get the air hose out and fill 'em up manually, so on and so forth. And over the years I've installed a ton of these compressor systems from all the different manufacturers and a lot of different styles of 'em, and time and time again, I find myself always coming back to the Air Lift Wireless Style compressor. more

Hello, neighbors, it's Brad here at etrailer and today we're taking a look at installing the Air Lift WirelessONE Bluetooth Air Compressor for rear air helper bags on a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 LD. Now if you have airbags on your truck and you're tired of having to fill it up manually, either with the compressor at home, or having to stop at a gas station and maybe even paying for air, well, adding a compressor is a great option and I think this is one of my favorites because installation's super easy. You do need to have your airbags installed, obviously, for this to work, but once it's installed, you can actually control this from your phone or a nice little controller that can live inside your vehicle and that means no more having to get out to fill up the truck. You can simply do this on the fly from the comfort of your truck and finally tune it exactly how you want it. Now this system is gonna be designed for a single path, which I tend to prefer anyway, and that just simply means that it's gonna, when you fill it up, it's gonna go to both bags. You don't have individual control of either of them. more

Hey guys, it's Jake here with etrailer. Today we have a 2023 Chevy Silverado 3500 and we're gonna be taking a look at and I'm gonna show you how to install the Air Lift WirelessONE air compressor. Pairing an air compressor with a set of airbags on your truck is gonna be the best thing you can do for yourself. I personally have owned a truck that had airbags on it and did not have an onboard air compressor, and I can tell you using the airbags was a pain in the butt. You have to go to a gas station or find an air pump to be able to air up your bags when you're hauling a load. And a lot of times I would do side jobs, landscape jobs, for different people that I knew and I would either have to decide do I want to put 70 pounds in my bags and be incredibly uncomfortable driving to my destination to pick up a load of rock, or do I want to drive there, pick up the rock, and then figure out to find a place to be able to air up my bags. more

So this air compressor system here is gonna be an excellent addition to your truck, if you have a set of airs springs, whether that be from Firestone or Airlift, it doesn't matter, the kit is completely compatible with both. Now, what this is gonna let you do is, it's gonna let you take full advantage of your air springs, because you can easily adjust the pressure on the fly from inside the cab of the vehicle. So if you're one of those people who frequently changes loads or frequently changes trailers, you guys are really gonna love having this flick of the switch inside the cab. You don't have to worry about having access to an external air compressor, every time you change loads. Everything is gonna be very easy, so you can get on the road and get the job done that much sooner. more

Hi there, Silverado owners. Today on your 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Air Lift's EZ Air Compressor System. So this is what our compressor looks like when it's installed. The EZ Mount System makes this one of the quickest compressors to install since everything's all on this little package right here. The mounting bracket will contain our output module that actually distributes the air to the bags, it contains our compressor, and really, all that's left then is to just hook up your lines and your wires, since it's all in this one little package. And with the convenient U-bolt clamp that comes with it, there's a ton of different mounting options, but you can just slide this U-bolt around the frame, and it's a nice secure mounting location with this on here. more

So one of the big reasons I really like this one is the fact that it's so easy to use and that it's wireless. It's going to allow you to inflate or deflate your air bags from right inside of the truck here, and the wireless remote is nice and small. It's not going to take up a lot of space. And that's a huge bonus, especially with more late model trucks because the older style analog type gauges and compressor kits that require an actual gauge and a couple of switches are really big and bulky and it can be really challenging to find a good spot that looks nice to mount up inside of your truck.And this is what the actual compressor is going to look like. more

You can hear the compressor kick on, Then we'll be able to fill up each one of our airbags individually.Now the gauge will let us know what our airbags are set at, and since we're able to adust them individually, it'll really help out with those off-center loads. This is going to allow you to add air or decrease the air in your air springs from inside your vehicle. The nice thing about this and what separates it from others is this is completely wireless. You're not going to have any power wires, ground wires, or anything like that running inside the vehicle to any gauges or controllers. It has a simple wireless controller.Another thing that's really nice about this is it's dual pass. What that means is it allows you to increase and decrease the air in each bag separately for loads that may be offset or heavier on one side.Now, when you receive your wireless kit, you're going to get your ECU, and you're going to get your compressor. more

Speaker 1: Today on our 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, we're going to take a look at and show you how to install the Firestone Air Command One Light Duty Single Function Compressor System with Analog Gauge. Part Number is: F2538.Now, the Firestone Air Command Light Duty Compressor System is going to be the perfect solution to have air onboard your pick-up for occasional hauling and towing use. It's going to provide an analog gauge here.Now, the compressor is capable of up to 120 psi, as you can see from the comfort, convenience, and safety of your cab, you can just either hit the switch down or up to inflate or deflate the air bags.We had a load in the back of our truck, and to get our air bags up to about 50 psi, it was well under 30 seconds, so it was nice that it was quick, it got them up to pressure very rapidly for us.It doesn't take up a lot of space either, with your standard duty or your heavy duty compressors, you are going to need more room, which they would probably mount in this area. But if you wanted a more customized kind of install, if you wanted to keep it a little bit more hidden, those are going to offer a little bit more of a challenge.Now, one thing to keep in mind with a light duty compressor, if you want to run an onboard air tank, it's recommended to do either a standard or a heavy duty. The light duty compressor really doesn't have the duty cycle of the standard or heavy duty. So filling that tank might be a little bit more of a challenge.Another thing I really like about the kit is that we have a pre-assembled and included relay harness. more

It's designed with inaudible 00:00:19 at its connection point, that's gonna help to reduce any vibration being sent into the vehicle frame, which then we'll be able to feel from inside the vehicle, so that helps to isolate that nicely. This is a standard duty compressor, but it's a very good quality. This is gonna work with system that have even up to a one gallon air tank. Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs Installation - 2008 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today, in our 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, we're going to do a review and install of the Air Width load controller 2 compressor system for air helper springs, part number AL25592. Here's what our gauge assembly will look like, once it's installed. Good reason for this gauge assembly is to make it easy to use your load lifter 5000 air helper springs, so you don't have to manually air them up. With a simple push button, we can air up our bags. And from the cab of the vehicle easily release the air once we're finished. If we take our key, put it into the auxiliary, or run, position you can see it turns on the lights to our gauge assembly. With power supply to it, we can push the toggle switch up, and air up our compressor and air bag system. Then to release the air, we simply press on the push button release valve and will allow the air back out of the bags, decreasing the pressure in the system. Special note: here you can see we're going below the 5 psi and it causes the pressure gauge to fluctuate as it drives the air back up while I'm releasing the air. Now let's go ahead and show you how to install it. Now to begin our install, we're going to start by mounting our air compressor. more

Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System Review - 2011 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, we'll be installing the Air Lift Wireless One Compressor System for Air Helper Springs, part number AL25870. This is the hand held wireless remote system. It allows you to adjust your air springs from inside or outside your cab with the hand held controller. Now with our wireless remote, whether we're inside the cab or outside the vehicle, we can turn it on and adjust the air pressure as necessary. Pressing the single dot button turns on display on and then we can increase or decrease pressure with the up and down arrow and then it will automatically air up to the desired pressure. Inside our wireless remote is also three memory settings. Once you select that desired setting, it will automatically switch to it. more

Today on our 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Crew Cab, we're going to be installing the Firestone Level Command Single Gauge with Heavy Duty Compressor, part number F2097. The lever right here bleeds air pressure off. You raise the lever, it pumps air into it. You can watch the gauge climbing. Now we're at 50. We'll go ahead and put our key in, turn to the On or Run position to see now, here our gauge is illuminated. We're going to begin our installation here in the driver's side door area. We're going to need to remove this threshold to gain access to a rubber grommet that's underneath the carpet. more

Firestone Dual Air Command Installation - 2005 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD we'll be installing the Firestone Dual Air Command III Gauge and Heavy Duty Compressor with a one gallon tank, part number F2198. We'll be adding this to our already pre-existing installed Firestone Ride-Right Air Helper Spring System, part number F2250. Now once the compressor has caught up and filled up the tank and system we'll go ahead and check the operation of our new gauge system. By moving the switch up, it will air up the driver's side here. The orange arrow will indicate the pressure for the driver's side airbag. To repeat the same process with the passenger side, you simply push up on the right switch. With our setup, the compressor will work at all times so that we can use the manual valve at the back of the vehicle, however the gauge light will only be illuminated with the ignition on. Next we'll go and show you how to use the new manual valve and supply hose. We'll take the end of our supply hose, put it over the manual valve and lock it down. Then we'll take the chuck end so we can use it to air up things, such as a bike tire. All right. more

Firestone Air Command I Installation - 2011 Chevrolet Silverado- Video
Today on our 2011 Chevy Silverado we'll be installing the Firestone level command two, single gauge standard duty compressor, part number F2158. The first step of our install will be mounting the compressor. A perfect location for mounting compressors is in the engine compartment. Here on the drivers side there's this open battery tray that'll be a superb location to mount our compressor. We'll first go ahead remove the battery tray by removing all of the attachment points securing it in position. Then we'll go ahead and sit our compressor in the center and use a drill bit to mark out the holes that'll need to be drilled out in order to install the fasteners to secure the compressor to the tray. more
